Activity:
Part 1- Draw a sketch of your cave art. (No letters or symbols)
Part 2- Give your paper to a partner. Have your partner label three details in the picture that offer clues about why it was created and make a hypothesis about why it was created.
Part 3- Explain why you created the cave art and why that object/event is important.
Part 4- Create your cave art on black paper using chalk to display in the "cave" outside Mrs. Turbeville's room. Attach your white slip to the black paper with your name on it.
